Works at 44 Causeyside Paisley: Removal of old pitched roof, building new roof rafters with  steel ridge beam, with two dormers and one roof window.Roof contains flat section and vertical wall on the back.Removal of the floor and install steel beams with new joists. Removal of old chimney stack.

12 Springvalley Gardens, Edinburgh: Renovation of the derelict building, New front wall with cement based cladding, decking, realigning roof windows, installing windows, new partition walls,stairs, lowering the floor, finishing joinery.
